The sales rep did not tell me that I needed a paid competitor's product to get the rebate. On line check for the rebate shows it refused. No notification in the mail yet from rebate processor. I'm not at all satisfied with this whole process, and wish I could return the product for a refund. It slows my machine down to a crawl. |

When purchasing my computer there was a free rebate on this, now I know why. never even got any info on how to redeem the rebate. |
